ABOUT THE ASEAN INVESTMENT CHALLENGE

The ASEAN Investment Challenge (AIC) is CGS International’s flagship youth programme to empower students with knowledge in sustainable investing and contribute to the building of strong capital markets in the future. The regional challenge equips tertiary students with lifelong skills in personal finance management and knowledge in sustainable investing. In short, think of it as a platform to propel yourself towards financial independence!

Here's what participants in AIC 2025 can look forward to:

  • Deep insights in capital markets investing from industry experts from CGS International and local stock exchanges
  • Access to CGS Academy - an e-learning platform dedicated to providing a holistic learning experience on topics such as Basic Financial Literacy, Technical Analysis, and Sustainable Finance

The Path To Victory

AIC participants will put their trading skills to the test at the Country Level, where they will compete against other participants in the same country. Participants must trade a minimum of three unique local stocks available across the selected markets. The top 3 participants [with the highest returns] from each country will then advance to the Regional Challenge for an opportunity to be crowned the overall winner.

The top 3 winners from each country will compete against one another in the pre-qualifying round

The winner of the pre-qualifying round will move on to the final round of presentation in Malaysia, competing against the other four country winners
